No printer to scan. File size too big. It won’t take zip.
Use your phone to take a clear photo and crop. Be sure to get the edges of the booklet so they know it’s not missing any number.
Email this to yourself and download it to your mac.
Select both photos using shift to open them in a single document in the Preview app.
Rotate as needed.
Again select each photo in the left pane with shift for both to appear in the same document and Export as PDF to first convert the image to a PDF file.
Close the current doc and open the pdf version in Preview via click> open with> Preview ( as opposed to your default pdf opener it is lacking).
Rename this one to include “reduced” to find easily.
Then go to File> Export ( not export as PDF) > * Quarts Filter (below Format) > *Reduce size (not Quality. Reduce Size is only available for pdf files, so if you only see the quality option then you are still using the jpg image version)
Save somewhere.
Check size by clicking and selecting Get Info to read details.
Upload to the documents section on the application.
